Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Duck chopped
  • 2 nos Onions chopped
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 5 nos Green chillies slit
  • 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 nos Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 springs Curry leaves
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing peppery duck, blend together ginger, garlic, pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
  • Marinate the duck in the above masala for 1 hour.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker.
  • SautT in the onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Toss in the marinated duck and potatoes. SautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Pour the remaining masala and toss in the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook with required water.
  • Pour the coconut milk and mix it well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Peppery duck is ready. Serve hot.
