For preparing peppery duck, blend together ginger, garlic, pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
Marinate the duck in the above masala for 1 hour.
Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker.
SautT in the onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
Toss in the marinated duck and potatoes. SautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.
Pour the remaining masala and toss in the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook with required water.
Pour the coconut milk and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Peppery duck is ready. Serve hot.
