For the dough:
1)For preparing turkey salami pizza, first sift flour into a big bowl.
Mix in salt, yeast and sugar well.
Make a well in the centre and add in the warm water. Knead the dough well.
Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a clean work surface.
Knead it for 10 minutes till the dough is soft and elastic.
Grease a bowl with a little olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover it with a cling film and keep it in a warm place till it doubles in size.
Then punch down the dough and knead it well for another 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 portions.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface till it becomes round and 1/4 inches thick.
Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet, cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes for it to rise.
Spread pizza paste on top of it.
Layer with turkey salami¦s and sliced tomatoes on it.
Sprinkle thyme, black olives, grated garlic and grated mozzarella cheese.
Put the baking sheet with the rolled dough in a preheated oven and bake it at 220 degrees celcius till it becomes golden brown.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
Turkey salami pizza is ready. Serve hot.
