For preparing spicy pork curry, in a vessel add in the pork, ginger-garlic paste, dried red chilly paste, lemon juice, chilly powder, turmeric powder, onions, all spice, pepper powder, tomatoes and salt. Mix it well and allow it to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Remove it from the fridge and allow it to become room temperature.
Put the full marinade into a pressure cook with required water and curry leaves.
Close the pressure cooker and allow it to cook on low flame till done.
Open the lid and add the coconut oil.
Allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Spicy pork dry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
