Tasty Roast Duck
Duck with other ingredients - Tasty Roast Duck
- 1 1/2 kg Duck whole with skin
- 30 g Butter softened
- 2 clove Garlic finely chopped
- 5 tbsp Walnuts finely chopped and toasted
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
- 1 no Lime quatered
- Vegetable oil As reqd
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing tasty roast duck, preheat the oven for 190c.
Mix 1 tbsp of butter with the garlic, salt, pepper powder, walnuts and parsley in a small bowl.
Spread the butter mixture inside the skin breast of the duck. Place the lime quarters inside the body of the duck and put it into a roasting tin.
Pour the oil into roasting tin.
Spread butter on top of the duck. Roast the duck till it becomes tender.
Garnish with walnuts.
Tasty roast duck is ready. Serve hot.
