- 4 nos Skinless duck breasts big
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts roasted
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
- 1 spring Thyme
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon rind grated
- 250 g Stilton cheese crumbled
- Pepper As reqd
- Lime wedges As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing duck with stilton cheese, blend the pine nuts, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper powder and lemon rind.
Pound the duck breasts lightly to flatten them. Spread the ground mixture on one side and top it with cheese.
Roll them up, wrap the rolls individually in foil and seal well.
Steam it in an idly vessel until it is cooked through.
Remove the duck from the heat, discard the foil and cut the duck rolls into slices.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
