For preparing tasty bread cutlet, soak the bread slices in water and squeeze it.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add ginger-garlic paste and allow it to become light brown.
Now add onion and green chillies. Saute it well.
Toss in the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
Smash the boiled potatoes and soaked bread with your hands.
Sprinkle salt and add it to the mixture. Mix it well.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
In a bowl, pour a little water into the corn flour and make it a semi consistent mixture.
Now shape the prepared bread-veggie mixture into cutlets.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Dip the shaped cutlets in corn flour mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs.
Fry deeply the cutlets in oil.
Tasty bread cutlets are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
