Garlic Chilly Turkey
Turkey with other ingredients - Garlic Chilly Turkey
- 1 kg Turkey chopped
- 20 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Dried chilly flakes
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 springs Curry leaves
- 500 g Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Olive oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing garlic chilly turkey, heat olive oil and butter in big frying pan.
Toss in the chopped garlic, chilly flakes, salt and turkey to the frying pan.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and curry leaves over it.
Cook the turkey on both the sides until done.
Remove it from the heat and gently pour the entire contents into a bowl.
Sprinkle pepper powder.
Garlic chilly turkey is ready. Serve hot.
