  • 1 kg Turkey chopped
  • 20 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Dried chilly flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 springs Curry leaves
  • 500 g Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing garlic chilly turkey, heat olive oil and butter in big frying pan.
  • Toss in the chopped garlic, chilly flakes, salt and turkey to the frying pan.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and curry leaves over it.
  • Cook the turkey on both the sides until done.
  • Remove it from the heat and gently pour the entire contents into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder.
  • Garlic chilly turkey is ready. Serve hot.
