Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Ladies finger
  • 500 g Curd
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing ladies finger in curd, first cut ladies finger in slices.
  • Whip the curd and turmeric.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies.
  • Add ladies finger and fry well.
  • Add curd, salt and cook in low flame.
  • Ladies finger in curd is ready.
