For preparing coconut paste turkey gravy, blend together all the ingredients under paste. Keep it aside.
Heat coconut oil in a vessel and add the paste. Fry till the oil separates.
Toss in the curry leaves.
4)Add in the turkey pieces, tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder and salt. Allow the turkey to cook with a closed lid.(add water if required)
Pour in the coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Coconut paste turkey gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
