For preparing turkey tomato dry, mix together the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.
Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.
Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.
Toss in the turkey and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
Then add in the above garlic paste mixture and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
Close the lid and allow the turkey to cook. Add water if required.
Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Turkey tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, parotta, bread etc.
