  • 1/2 kg Turkey chopped
  • 2 nos Onions finely sliced
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 7 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing turkey tomato dry, mix together the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.
  • Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.
  • Toss in the turkey and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add in the above garlic paste mixture and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Close the lid and allow the turkey to cook. Add water if required.
  • Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Turkey tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, parotta, bread etc.
