For preparing soya chunks turkey curry, boil salt water in a vessel, add the soya chunks and keep it closed for 5 to minutes.
Drain the chunks and squeeze well.
3)Heat oil in a vessel and saute onions.
When it becomes transparent, add in the ginger-garlic paste.
Then add the tomatoes and salt. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy on low flame.
Add in the chunks, potatoes, turkey, garam masala and chilly powder. Saute for some time on low flame.
Pour enough water for the potatoes and the turkey to cook. Cook in a pressure cooker until done.
Allow it to become thick and pour lime juice. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
Soya chunks turkey curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, rice, bread etc.
