  • 1 kg Turkey cleaned and chopped
  • 3 cups Soya chunks
  • 3 big Potatoes peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 2 nos Onions chopped finely
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 10 springs Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing soya chunks turkey curry, boil salt water in a vessel, add the soya chunks and keep it closed for 5 to minutes.
  • Drain the chunks and squeeze well. 3)Heat oil in a vessel and saute onions.
  • When it becomes transparent, add in the ginger-garlic paste.
  • Then add the tomatoes and salt. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy on low flame.
  • Add in the chunks, potatoes, turkey, garam masala and chilly powder. Saute for some time on low flame.
  • Pour enough water for the potatoes and the turkey to cook. Cook in a pressure cooker until done.
  • Allow it to become thick and pour lime juice. Mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  • Soya chunks turkey curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, rice, bread etc.
