Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice cooked
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Green chillies chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 2 nos Egg

Instructions
 

  • For preparing garlic rice, first heat butter in a pan, add garlic, onion and chillies.
  • Fry for a while.
  • Add parsley and egg. Scramble the egg well.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Garlic rice is ready.
