For preparing cauliflower in green peas gravy, grind onion, garlic and ginger to a smooth paste.
Take a pressure cooker and heat oil. Fry the onion paste for some time.
Add turmeric powder, tomato puree, chilly powder and garam masala. Fry well.
Put in the green peas, water and salt. Allow it to cook till done.
Remove the pressure cooker lid, add in the cauliflower and allow it to cook.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
Cauliflower in green peas gravy is ready, Serve hot with chapatti.
