For preparing turkey roast, cut the turkey into about 8 big pieces.
In a vessel add in turkey, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cloves, cinnamon, onions, salt and required water. Allow the turkey to cook.
Strain it and keep the stock aside(do not throw away the stock).
Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey till brown in colour.
Remove the pieces and keep it aside.
Pour in the remaining stock into the pan and allow it to simmer.
Toss in the fried turkey and boil till it dries.
Turkey roast is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
