For preparing pepper turkey, heat coconut oil in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.
Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry it well.
3)Then add in pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
Now add in the turkey and pour in required water. Cover and allow it to cook.
Open the lid and if there is water, allow it to dry up by boiling it.
Pour in the vinegar, coconut milk, curry leaves and add in the coriander leaves.
Pepper turkey is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, porotta, etc.
