  • 200 g Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 nos Onion sliced
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • Curry leaves & coriander leaves As reqd


  • For preparing beef masala, cook sliced beef with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilly powder, 3/4 cup water and salt to taste. Mince the beef and keep it aside.
  • Saute onion and green chillies in coconut oil.
  • When the onion turns light brown in colour, add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and fry well.
  • Add the sliced leaves and mix well.
  • Add the minced beef to it and mix it well in low flame.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Tip: 1)You can use this masala as a stuffing for chappathies, pathiri, samosa, sandwitch, pizza, stuffed buns or anything according to your taste and creativity.
