Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Boneless turkey
  • 5 leaves Baby lettuce chopped
  • 1 spring Onion stalk finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cashew nuts roasted
  • 1/2 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds Ellu
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • For preparing turkey salad, cook the turkey in salt water and drain it.
  • Chop the turkey pieces and put it in a bowl.
  • Add in sesame seeds, onion stalk, lettuce, cashew nuts, lime juice, mayonnaise, pepper powder and salt. Mix well and drizzle olive oil over it.
  • Turkey salad is ready. Serve immediately.
