Rice Souffle
Rice, milk, apple pulp, strawberry jam and other ingredients are added

- 100 g Rice
- 1 litre Milk
- 1 cup Stewed apple pulp
- 2 tbsp Strawberry jam
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 6 nos Eggs separated and beaten well
- Sugar As reqd
- 1 tbsp Brandy optional
For preparing rice soufflT, boil the milk and rice together till thick and creamy.
Add egg yolks, sugar and essence. Mix well.
Pour one-third of this mixture into a greased mould and cover it with a thin layer of jam
Repeat the layers similarly and top the soufflT with a layer of apple pulp.
Then cover it with a layer of egg whites and bake it for about 30 minutes.
Rice soufflT is ready. Serve with brandy poured over.
