  • 3 cups Alphonso mango pulp
  • 2 litres Thick milk
  • 2 tins Condensed milk
  • Sugar As reqd


  • For preparing mango ice cream, bring the milk to a boil, add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Allow it to cool.
  • Mix in mango pulp and condensed milk.
  • Freeze well till it sets.
  • Mango ice cream is ready. Serve chilled.
