Mango Ice Cream
Alphonso mango pulp with other ingredients
- 3 cups Alphonso mango pulp
- 2 litres Thick milk
- 2 tins Condensed milk
- Sugar As reqd
For preparing mango ice cream, bring the milk to a boil, add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Allow it to cool.
Mix in mango pulp and condensed milk.
Freeze well till it sets.
Mango ice cream is ready. Serve chilled.
