Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Fish egg sliced small, Meen mutta
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • 2 tsp Ginger sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic sliced
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Pepper A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish egg masala, first dry roast coconut, chilly powder and coriander powder.
  • Grind this into paste.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add curry leaves, turmeric and the ground paste.
  • Saute well till the oil comes out.
  • Add the fish egg and mix well. Sprinkle little water, cover with a lid and cook well. Saute and fry till dry.
  • Fish egg masala is ready.
