Whiskey Egg Nog

Whiskey with egg and other ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tbsp Whiskey
  • 1 no Egg separated
  • 1 cup Milk cold
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Spirit As reqd
  • Salt A pinch
  • Nut meg A pinch, powder


  • For preparing whiskey egg nog, beat the egg yolk till frothy. Add in sugar and beat it again.
  • Slowly add in whisky and keep beating it continuously. Allow it to stand for an hour.
  • Then take the egg white and add the salt. Beat it until stiff.
  • Fold the egg white with the yolk mixture.
  • Add in cold milk and spirit(any type).
  • Mix it well for 10 seconds and dust in nut meg.
  • Whiskey egg nog is ready. Serve immediately.
