Instructions
For preparing vegetable pasta, boil the leeks in salt water for 4 minutes and drain the water.
Blanch the carrots for 3 minutes in salt water.
Then add in the courgettes and cook it for another 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water with 1 tbsp of oil. Drain once they are lightly firm.
Transfer the pasta into a salad bowl with 20 grams of butter and 1 tbsp of water. Mix it gently with the cooked veggies.
Season with pepper powder.
Vegetable pasta is ready. Serve hot.
