Grape Flan

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g Grapes
  • 75 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 60 g Sugar lumps
  • 75 g Melted butter
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 60 g Castor sugar
  • 1 pack Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing grape flan, preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius.
  • Caramelize the sugar lumps with 2 tbsp of water in a pie dish.
  • Remove from the heat and turn the dish to coat the base with caramel. Leave it to set.
  • Spread the grapes evenly over the base of the dish.
  • Boil the milk.
  • Blend eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Add in maida and blend it again.
  • Then add the melted butter and milk. Blend again.
  • Pour the mixture over the grapes.
  • Bake it for 45 minutes in the oven.
  • Chill it in the fridge.
  • Grape flan is ready. Serve chilled.
