Whipped Cream Icing
Cream, egg white and sugar are beaten well till stiff

- 175 g Cream chilled
- 1 no Egg white
- 2 tbsp Sugar full
For preparing whipped cream icing, beat the cream until the cream leaves a trail.
Beat egg white till stiff in another bowl.
Add the sugar slowly into the egg white(do not stop beating). Beat it till it becomes very stiff.
Pour the cream slowly(do not stop beating) beating it continuously till stiff and enough to pipe out.
Whipped cream icing is ready. It can be used to decorate any cake.
