Ingredients
  

  • 175 g Cream chilled
  • 1 no Egg white
  • 2 tbsp Sugar full

Instructions
 

  • For preparing whipped cream icing, beat the cream until the cream leaves a trail.
  • Beat egg white till stiff in another bowl.
  • Add the sugar slowly into the egg white(do not stop beating). Beat it till it becomes very stiff.
  • Pour the cream slowly(do not stop beating) beating it continuously till stiff and enough to pipe out.
  • Whipped cream icing is ready. It can be used to decorate any cake.
