Pineapple Wine

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Pineapple chopped
  • 2 kg Sugar
  • 1 no Egg white
  • 3 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 5 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 1 1/2 litre Water boiled & cooled
  • 1/2 tsp Yeast

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pineapple wine, beat egg well.
  • Mix sugar and water.
  • Mix pineapple, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, egg and yeast in a jar. Cover with a lid and keep aside for fermentation.
  • Stir daily till 12 days,
  • Filter it on 12th day.
  • Serve after a week.
