Instructions
For preparing pineapple wine, beat egg well.
Mix sugar and water.
Mix pineapple, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, egg and yeast in a jar. Cover with a lid and keep aside for fermentation.
Stir daily till 12 days,
Filter it on 12th day.
Serve after a week.
