Apple Crumble

  • 900 g Apples peeled and cubed
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 110 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 50 g Softened butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder


  • For preparing apple crumble, cook the apple cubes in lemon juice, 50 grams sugar and 100 ml of water for 15 minutes covered on low flame. Keep it aside.
  • Mix maida, baking powder, butter, 1 tbsp of cold water and remaining sugar. Mix to get a grainy mixture.
  • Preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour the apple juice mixture into an oven dish.
  • Arrange raspberries on top of it, then spread the grainy mixture over it.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Apple crumble is ready. Serve with fresh cream.
