Dry Shrimps Chutney
Dry shrimps are roasted and ground with other ingredients

- 1/2 cup Dry shrimps
- 2 nos Green chillies split
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 nos Shallots Kunjulli
- Tamarind de-seeded
- Salt As reqd
For preparing dry shrimps chutney, roast the shrimps and remove the heads.
Grind the shrimps to a fine powder.
Add in garlic, green chillies, tamarind, shallots, coconut and salt. Add 4 tbsp of water if required and grind it to a fine paste.
Dry shrimps chutney is ready. Serve with rice as a side dish.
