A mediterranean tasty snack
- 1 1/2 cup Chick peas soaked in water over night
- 1 no 0nion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Sesame seeds As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tbsp Parsley
For preparing falafel, grind chickpeas, garlic, cumin, parsley, onion and little salt.
Make a thick paste. Add baking soda.
Make balls out of the dough and flatten little.
Dip in sesame seeds and fry it in oil.
A wonderful recipe with chickpeas.
Falafel is ready.
