Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin Sweet corn
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour mixed with water
  • 1/2 cup Chicken
  • White pepper powder As reqd
  • 1 no Egg
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sweet corn chicken soup, cook chicken, remove bones and chop it.
  • Boil sweet corn in 5 cups of water.
  • Add the chopped chicken to it.
  • Add the corn flour paste to it and boil.
  • When the soup starts thickening add the beaten egg to it and stir well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  • Serve it hot. Sweet corn chicken soup is ready.
