Instructions
For preparing soya paratha, mix together all the above ingredients with enough water to prepare a dough. Leave it aside for 1/2 hour.
Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and roll it with a rolling pin to make thick parathas.
Fry the parathas with or without oil on both sides.
Soya paratha¦s are ready. Serve hot with any curry.
