Soya Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Soya flour
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 6 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 3 springs Curry leaves finely chopped
  • 4 springs Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing soya paratha, mix together all the above ingredients with enough water to prepare a dough. Leave it aside for 1/2 hour.
  • Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and roll it with a rolling pin to make thick parathas.
  • Fry the parathas with or without oil on both sides.
  • Soya paratha¦s are ready. Serve hot with any curry.
