Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered cardamom
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 nos Dates unseeded

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tasty carrot payasam, soak the cashew nuts in 1 cup milk.
  • Fry carrot in ghee.
  • Grind carrot, cashew with milk and dates to make a paste.
  • Boil milk with sugar.
  • Add the ground mixture to it and stir continuously and boil.
  • Add condensed milk. Mix well and remove it from flame.
  • Garnish with grated carrots and dates slices.
  • Carrot payasm is ready. Serve hot.
