Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 200 g Butter
  • 6 cups Milk
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • Salt As req
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 1/2 tin Condensed milk
  • Pineapple to garnish
  • 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pineapple pie, cook pineapple for some time and drain it.
  • Roast the maida in butter. Add milk, sugar, condensed milk and salt. Stir well and cook on low flame.
  • Remove it from the flame and add the egg to it. Mix it well.
  • Add the pineapple to this sauce and mix well.
  • Pour it into a pie dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of it evenly.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices and sprinkle cheese on top of it. 7)Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degree celsius till it turns brown.
  • Pineapple pie is ready. Serve hot or cold.
