  • 1 cup Wheat soaked in water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • For preparing wheat porridge, first grind the wheat with water and strain in a clean cloth.
  • The skin should be completely removed.
  • Add the strained wheat with milk and sugar.
  • Cook in low flame and make a semi thick porridge.
  • A very healthy recipe for your baby.
