Cheese Egg Macaroni

Macaroni with veggie in a cheese creamy sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Macaroni uncooked
  • 100 g Mushroom sliced
  • 2 springs Spring onions chopped
  • 2 1/2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Dry red chillies chopped finely
  • 100 g Mozarella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 spring Parsley leaves chopped finely
  • 1 spring Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cheese egg macaroni, take a vessel and add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp oil. Allow it to boil.
  • Then add in the macaroni and mix it. Cook it uncovered in low flame till it is done.
  • Drain and wash the macaroni well with cold water to avoid it from sticking to each other. Keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Keep it aside.
  • Take another vessel and heat butter. SautT spring onions and mushrooms.
  • In the same vessel add in the maida and mix it well.
  • Slowly pour in the milk stirring continuously.
  • Add pepper, dry red chilly and salt. Stir till it becomes a thick sauce.
  • Then add in the cooked macaroni, cream, scrambled eggs and grated cheese.
  • Garnish with parsley and coriander leaves.
  • Cheese egg macaroni is ready. Serve hot.
