Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Zucchini grated
  • 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powdered

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Beat well and make sure there is no lumps.
  • Pour into a cake pan. Bake at about 350F for 60 minutes or until done.
