Bread Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 packet Bread
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 nos Onion Sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt As rqrd

Instructions
 

  • Cut each bread slice into 4 equal parts.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and splutter cumin seeds.
  • Add onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute it by adding salt till onion becomes light brown.
  • Add turmeric powder and chilli powder followed by chopped tomato. Saute for 2 mins.
  • Add garam masala and 1 cup water.
  • When the water boils, add sliced bread pieces and mix it well.
  • Keep the dish in a low flame for 10 mins.
  • :- Spicy and tasty bread masala is ready to serve.
