Vegetable Fried Rice - Lunch Box Special

Biriyani rice mixed with different vegetables makes a yummy fried rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Biriyani rice
  • 100 g Beans
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 bunch Celery
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce

Instructions
 

  • For preparing vegetable fried rice, wash biriyani rice, boil it in enough water and cook till done. Drain the water.
  • Clean the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and add the sliced vegetables to it and stir well.
  • Add the boiled rice to the cooked vegetables and stir it well.
  • Add needed salt and pepper powder and stir it well and bring it out of flame.
  • Add Soya sauce.
  • Vegetable fried rice is ready. Serve it with chilly chicken for a delicious experience.
