First clean the anchovies thoroughly.
2)Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, required salt and two or three spoon of oil.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed frying pan. Fry onions till brown in color.
Add tomato, red chilly powder and stir well. Cover it with a lid and cook in low flame till tomato juice comes out.
Add the marinated anchovies to the above masala and mix carefully with out breaking the fish.
Add required salt and water.
Cook the fish until the oil shows up.
Serve the dish into a curry bowl.
Top with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
