  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • Coriander leaves Few, chopped
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • Chat masala A pinch


  • For preparing diabetic salad, combine together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl: bean sprouts, pineapple cubes, cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, pineapple juice, chopped coriander, pepper powder, chat masala and required salt.
  • Toss well and serve immediately.
  • Diabetic salad, a highly nutritious and tasty salad is ready.
