Yummy Smashed Apples
Cooked apples are mixed with honey, sugar and other ingredients to prepare smashed apples, a favorite with kids.

- 250 g Apples
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Nutmeg powder A pinch, Jathikka
- Cinnamon powder A pinch, Karugapatta
- 1 1/2 cup Water
For preparing yummy smashed apples for kids, first clean, peel and remove the skin of the apples. Cut the apples into small pieces.
Boil water in a bowl and add apple pieces, cinnamon and nutmeg. Simmer in low flame till the apples are done and tender.
Remove vessel from flame and add sugar and honey.
Mix well and serve.
Yummy smashed apples, a tasty as well as nutritional dish is ready. Serve warm or cold.
