Banana Cake - For Kids
Zesty lime and sweet bananas make this cake perfect for elders and kids

- 3 nos Bananas bananas must be very ripe and have black spots on skins
- 220 g All purpose flour Maida
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Butter melted
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Lemon juice Of one lemon
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a medium sized cake pan.
In a clean bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add lemon juice and sugar and combine well.
Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Add baking powder, essence and flour.
Add the melted butter and stir with a spoon till just combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for an hour, until risen and golden brown.
When cool dust it with icing sugar.
