Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Chappathi
  • 1 no Carrot
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1/4 th Cucumber
  • Capsicum little bit
  • Cabbage little bit
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard sauce
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make 4 big chappathi`s(the diameter will be 1.5 times of a normal chapathi).
  • Grate cucumber and carrot.
  • All the vegetables should be cut very thinly including onion.
  • Mix the vegetables with pepper powder, tomato sauce, mustard sauce and salt.
  • Divide the above mix into 4 different parts, each one for each chappathy.
  • Place one portion vegetable mix in the centre of the chappathy and fold from the side. Repeat with remaing chappathis. Serve and enjoy.
