Wheat-Gehun Laddoos In Microwave

Wheat flour, besan and ghee is roasted in a microwave and shaped into laddoos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour Gehun ka Atta
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour Kadala mavu/Besan
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 1/2 cups Dry grapes
  • 1/2 cup Pista/Badam crushed

Instructions
 

  • First melt ghee in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute in high mode.
  • Stir in wheat flour and besan and mix thoroughly.
  • Roast in high mode for 2 minutes and crush all lumps.
  • The flour would have darkened with a roasted aroma.
  • Allow the mixture to cool. Now add cardamom powder and sugar.
  • Mix well with your hands to remove any lumps and knead well.
  • Add dry grapes and nuts.
  • Shape into laddoos.
  • Wheat/gehun laddoos in microwave is ready to serve.
