Indian-Style Spicy Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Small packs Noodles Cooked in boiling water with salt. Drain well and keep aside.
  • 1/2 cup Onion Finely sliced
  • 2 nos Tomato Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Crushed
  • 2 tsp Garlic Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum Sliced
  • 1 no, Carrot Sliced
  • 2 nos. Cabbage leaves Shredded
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves Few, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Cheese Little, grated
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Indian-Style Spicy Noodles, first heat oil in a pan and fry crushed ginger and garlic.
  • When a frying smell comes, add onion, sliced capsicum, shredded cabbage, carrot and saute for a few more minutes.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute well till the tomato is partially mashed.
  • Stir gently and add pepper powder. Reduce the flame to low.
  • Add tomato sauce, coriander leaves and required salt.
  • Stir in cooked noodles and mix well with the masala.
  • Spicy noodles is ready. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
