Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can Milk any type of milk)(use the can of condensed milk to measure
  • 7 nos Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar for the caramel
  • Coconut strips As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt. (Do not burn). Pour it on your baking pan and spread all over. 2)Heat the milk and condensed milk. Do not boil.
  • Put the eggs in a bowl and pour the milk. Keep on stirring and then add the coconut milk.
  • Strain the mixture so you will have a smooth texture. Then pour it in your baking pan.ß
  • Then steam in the oven or steamer for 40 minutes or you can verify by inserting a toothpick or a knife.
  • Let it cool and place it on the fridge.
  • Turn over to a serving plate and decorate with coconut strips. Pour hot water halfway up the sides of the bake pan. Bake in a 325ªF oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
