Combine chili sauce, dark soy, sugar, pepper, salt, oyster sauce and tomato ketchup in a small bowl, stir to combine, and set aside.
Take a large wok (enough to hold the contents) and heat on high heat and add the oil.
Add garlic, sliced onion and stir till fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and toss to combine.
Gradually add in cabbage, noodles and stir fry continuously on high heat.
:- if your wok is hot enough you will hear the sizzling sound.
Add chicken stock ,combined sauces and cook further stirring continuously till noodles turn almost dry.
:- Mee Goreng noodles is ready!!!
