Yum Yum Fish

Instead of fish curry and fry, why dont you try fish in someother way

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fish boneless and cut into small cubes or pieces

For the preparation:-

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1 no Tomato sliced, small size
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mariante Fish pieces and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till it become transparent.
  • Add chilly powder,tumeric and garam masala powder sort it for 5 minutes.
  • Add fish pieces into it and stir it nicely. :- Keep it in a low flame and let it cook.
  • Add salt if needed :- Already added salt in the marination, so check before add.
  • Keep it in a low flame till it cooked and dry.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes.
  • :- Serve hot!! :- Salmon,cod fish will be perfect for this recipe.
