Coriander powder

Cahew and kismiss
as reqd
Salt
as reqd
Oil or Ghee
as reqd
Instructions
Heat ghee or oil in the cooker fry chopped garlic and green chillies.
Add chopped onion and fry.
Then add carrot and fry for ten minutes in high flame.
Add beans and fry for five minutes.
Add Corainder powder and garam masala powder and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add rice to it, 4 cups of water and cook.
Add dry fruits fried in ghee and serve.
