Sambaram - A Traditional Refreshner
A traditional refreshner drink of kerala
- 1/4 glass Thick curd
- 1 no Green chillies medium size
- 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 stem Curry leaves
- 3/4 glass Cold water
- Salt normally 2 pinches
Beat the curd for 2 mints with a spoon.
Add all the ingredients to it except water and stir well.
Add the cold water and stir well.
