Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass Cooked White Rice
  • 3/4 glass Curd
  • 1 1/2 inch Ginger cut into long pieces
  • 5 nos Green Chilly
  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 1/2 spoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 stem Curry leaves
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Kerala Style Curd Rice, first heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Put curry leaves.
  • Add ginger and green chilly and saute it nicely.
  • Simmer the flame and add the curd.
  • Immediately off the flame and with a spoon nicely mix the curd.
  • Finally add salt and rice.
  • Mix Kerala Style Curd Rice well.
